A path to balance inside and out
Life challenges us thousands of times a day. Through the practice of Tai Chi, we learn how to welcome these challenges and let them go their own way, enriching us in the process. We learn this by changing our bodies, our minds and our perception of reality, and we acquire tools at the three levels to recover our center effectively upon any and all circumstances
The Tai Chi world
Why learn Tai Chi?
it is a fun lifelong learning process!
If you have among your priorities to cultivate, preserve and improve your body and your mind, Tai Chi is an ideal vehicle to advance that goal; it challenges your body and mind, as well as the integration between the two of them.
It’s good for you!
Tai Chi, while posing a smaller risk of injury than aerobic exercise, is better at reducing blood pressure, increasing flexibility and improving your balance.
It enhances other areas of your life!
In addition to the practice itself, Tai Chi practiced in groups builds social connections with like-minded individuals, which in turn has been shown to be a key factor in healthy aging and quality of life. It prvides an opportunity to escape our digital life and be in real contact with nature.
